You need to escape the temple, and the only way to do that is by completing Altec’s challenges and retrieving sacred idols buried in the bowels of the temple. Completing his challenges also slowly but surely breaks the bastard’s chains, inching him closer to the freedom he desires but probably should not have.
Unfortunately, right now, ahead of its official release on January 25, more refining is needed until Phantom Abyss can join the ranks of the best roguelike games. This game has more than a few issues that need resolving, all of which make an already complicated game more frustrating.
If you've never played Phantom Abyss before, now is the perfect time to check it out, and likewise if you haven't played since early in the EA launch, there's a reason to return to it again. But, if you've been routinely playing this game for the past 18 months, you'll likely be a little disappointed that the 1.0 debut didn't come with Phantom Abyss Game a bit more meat on its bones, if you will.

My favorite is the lighning whip, for the sames reasons than SnakesTGK, plus the fact it reduce the time you need to complete a run.
